In the effort to reposition and remodel the common areas of this landmark office tower in downtown St Paul, we partnered with First Service Residential to create a contemporary, inviting and biophilic design that incorporates native materials like custom birch wood paneling, and gradient etched class to allow for privacy while providing abundant natural light.
