Our client approached us with a unique request to find room in their downtown penthouse for 400 SF of studio and office space on property that is designated as limited common. This very complex problem required much research and collaboration with building association representatives, and city and county officials. We were ultimately able to propose a unique and flexible design solution that takes advantage of modern construction techniques and zoning updates.
